The centrepiece of the site is the presentation building. With its spacious foyer areas, modern lecture theatres, high-quality catering and stylish offices, it is more than just a reception area - it is a place for exhibitions, vehicle presentations and exclusive events. As the first point of contact for visitors, it directly conveys the standards of quality and innovation that we live by here. The fact that the building has been awarded the DGNB Gold standard for sustainability emphasises our high standards for future-oriented construction.

Another highlight are the workshops and offices of AUDI Sport - AUDI's racing department. This is where the racing cars for the DTM, Le Mans, the Dakar Rally and Formula E are built. The close proximity of development and production is particularly fascinating: Engineers and designers work right next to the workshops so that new concepts can be implemented and tested immediately. This direct link between theory and practice makes the site unique.

A key issue for us was the flexibility of the buildings. As requirements are constantly changing due to technological developments, we designed the office, workshop and storage areas in such a way that they can be adapted at any time. The structures were divided into functionally separate building blocks so that the utilisation can be easily changed. We have also created space for future expansions so that the site can continue to grow in line with requirements in the coming years.

The buildings themselves are also designed in terms of their structure, supporting structure and technical equipment so that they can be easily repurposed. For example, one of the warehouses has already been planned in such a way that it can be converted into a workshop at a later date. This well thought-out construction method not only ensures maximum flexibility, but also makes an important contribution to sustainability.

Our aim was to create a place that is not only perfectly tailored to the requirements of motorsport today, but also in the future - with state-of-the-art technology, flexible utilisation and architecture that radiates innovation and dynamism.
